We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the terms of trade and delivery.
The e-commerce products are sold by CVN Medical Solutions, part of CareVisioN’s (later CVN Oy) operations (Business ID / VAT 2702302-6). We sell products to individuals, businesses and public and third-sector operators in Finland and the EU. Product prices includes VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery fees.
The customer agrees to the terms of delivery in force for each order.
Delivery and ordering
- CVN Medical Solutions will provide order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the buyer.
- An order is considered accepted when a customer has received a written order confirmation.
- The customer is required to verify that the order confirmation corresponds to the order. If the customer detects any errors or omissions, he / she has an obligation to notify them immediately.
- It is a prerequisite for the delivery of the products that the subscriber’s payment for the invoice sent to him is fully reflected in the payment system managed by CVN Oy.
- Shipping costs are included in the invoice. Shipping costs are charged according to Matkahuolto’s price list (Matkahuolto’s price list).
- The products will be delivered to the indicated address. The most commonly delivery service is Matkahuolto. If the customer has their own cargo / cargo contract, it can be used when agreed.
- Cancellation of the order is no longer possible with CVN Medical Solutions having started implementing the customer’s order without the supplier’s approval. If the cancellation notice is accepted, the customer is required to reimburse the costs incurred by the subscriber for cancellation. Also included are any charges that, as a result of cancellation, may have been incurred by third parties.
- The risk of loss of products will be transferred to the customer when the products have been delivered to the customer’s address.
- The delivery time of the products is approximately 2 weeks after the payment has appeared in the payment information system unless otherwise agreed.
- For delivery products, the delivery time varies depending on the product.
- The customer has a 14-day refund under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to refund applies only to the original, new, similar, unopened, unused and merchantable products. If you want to make a refund, please contact us by email or phone.
- We will not receive refunds for more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund has been accepted, the money will be returned directly to your account after receiving and processing the refund.
- If the returned product is not in the same condition as the new one, the price of the product will not be refunded. Possible return of the product will be at the customer’s expense.
- Problems with shipping and defective products: if the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product is delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately report the error to our organization by e-mail to: email@example.com.
- Notice of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- If the package is damaged during transport, the consumer must do a reclamation immediately to the cargo company that has been used.
- We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. We also reserve the right to cancel the order at clear price errors.
- CVN Medical Solutions and Carevision Oy are not responsible for the delays caused by force majeure and the indirect disadvantages caused by incorrect condition or delayed delivery of the products.
- We are committed to handling customer information in complete confidentiality.
- We aim to resolve disputes in agreement and in the interest of the customer.
